At Shepparton Real Estate we take great pride in being our clients first port of call for property information, whether that be what the house down the street sold for or what your property is estimated to be valued at.
To know the estimated market value of your home or investment property makes complete sense, after all, often these properties are your largest asset.
The more common reasons for clients having a market appraisal on their property are:
- Financial information
- Partner separation
- Wills and succession planning
- Wanting to know the equity held in the property
At Shepparton Real Estate Property valuations are free with no obligation.
The process is simple:
Step 1 – Make contact with us to inform us of the property you would like appraised
Step 2 – Make a time that is mutually available for you and us. If the property is tenanted, we will need to organize a time that suites the tenant also.
Step 3 – We tour the property taking relevant notes of inclusions, condition, location etc
Step 4 – We use both out knowledge of market conditions, properties for sale and properties sold along with some further research to complete a CMA (Comparative Market Appraisal)
Step 5 – We make a time to meet with you to talk through and discuss our findings.
Step 6 – Where to from here? That’s completely up to you.
